With a tip – in celebration of Customer’s Day (scheduled for last September 15), Unimed Curitiba will be promoting four weeks of special online content to the general public and not just health plan operator customers. For this first week, an online class was made available to encourage changing habits to help people move and take care of their bodies.

The workouts were set up by Josemara Lopez, Physical Education Specialist and Unimed Curitiba Collaborator in Health Promotion Programs, and last just over 27 minutes. The call is to separate a small water bottle and move the furniture and call the whole family to move. Check it out on Facebook (by clicking Here(e not youtube)Here).

And to round out the experience, a Spotify playlist is also available (https://spoti.fi/3tGfhta) and an e-book with exclusive tips (https://bit.ly/3CHOxMa). To access online content, simply follow the Unimed Curitiba social networks. Everything is open to the public and not just the operator’s customers.
