This measure is an achievement for the category and the result of the work of the Union’s administration at the permanent negotiating table with the management of the Joint Technical Committee.
now, TJSC workers linked to SC Saúde can also receive health aid already paid for those using private plans, such as Unimed. The benefit will cover the monthly fees and will also provide an additional amount to pay the so-called counterparts and the percentage of consultations, examinations and procedures that the user pays when using the plan.

Health Aid is an assistance benefit granted by the Judiciary of Santa Catarina to partially or completely cover health plan expenses for active, retired or retired employees of TJSC and their dependents.
