Apparently, Darren Till has the drive to return to the UFC. After being defeated in four of his last five encounters, the Briton saw the constant praise turning into fierce criticism and decided to change. Recently, the athlete asked for help from Khamzat Chimaev, in Sweden, and the partnership has gained prominence. While MMA promises fun, they put an effort into training, and The Gorilla expresses gratitude for his new friend.

In an interview with US ESPN, even, on a bad stage in the Octagon and realizing he needed a win to remain prestigious in the UFC, he admitted that he needed to take his career in a different and more serious way. The fighter himself admits that he doesn’t usually work that hard and that’s exactly where Chimayev comes in. In the past, the Swede dealt with the Briton and saved himself to help him with the wrestling part.

While following Borz’s development in MMA, The Gorilla said yes and adds that he is already reaping the rewards of the partnership. According to Thiel, going to Sweden is beneficial because he does not face the distractions found in the UK and has a training partner willing to put him in class and push him to the limit in the gym.

After the fight, I saw that Shemayev tweeted to me, congratulated Bronson and said, ‘So now, do you want to come here and train with me, brother? The doors are open. “And we talked a lot through DMs. Obviously, everyone saw the Instagram live. We were talking about the fight. He was just a guy who trains hard, a bit crazy and such. I came here not UFC star Darren Till. I came Here, in my head, like rookie Darren Till, starting over, Darren Till 2.0,” explained the Briton, before continuing.

“I can stop fighting now, I feel like I’ve achieved a lot. But I don’t even feel like I’m starting yet. I’ve had my ups and downs, but I’m here for a specific reason and that’s because I know I can become a hero and a legend, and that’s why my team and I decided to stay here for a few months to work” .

Despite his youth, Darren Till, 29, is already a mixed martial arts veteran. The Briton started his career in the sport in 2013, played 23 fights and was part of the welterweight (77 kg) and middleweight (84 kg). In the UFC Ultimate Fighting Championship, ‘The Gorilla’ participated in 11 fights, winning six, losing four, and drawing once. Currently, the athlete occupies the eighth place in the middleweight classification. His main victories were over Donald Cerrone, Kelvin Gastelum and Stephen Thompson.
