    Last Thursday, 09/03, the Port of Suape announced a partnership with the United Kingdom for a project to promote the research and production of green hydrogen in the industrial complex.

    Support for the port of Suape was announced during the “Hydrogen Opportunities in Brazil” event in London, attended by entrepreneurs from the renewable energy sector and researchers from the region. Promoted by the Embassy of Brazil in the United Kingdom in collaboration with the host government, the event focused on four national ports, including the Suape complex. Fuel and production.

    According to Márcio Guiot, CEO of Suape, the management of the port of Suape presented the strategic potential of the complex and the ongoing and planned H2V projects. “Based on this agenda, we will form an ad hoc committee to review our strategy. “We need to look at opportunities in the H2V value chain and build partnerships with renewable energy research centers like Aberdeen (Scotland) and Sheffield Field (England),” he said.
