Soon the singer will release her autobiography, which tells a little about her diagnosis and treatment of her illness
Rita Lee appeared on Friday (14) in a photo taken by her husband Roberto de Carvalho and posted by himself on his Instagram with the caption “Sextou”. The singer stood smiling and received many emotional messages from fans.
The Brazilian rock icon, in May, Rita will release a new autobiography “Outra Autobiografia”, which will tell a little about her diagnosis of her disease, lung cancer, and also about the treatment she was diagnosed with in 2021.

In the Saturday (15) edition of Altas Horas, Rita Lee will be honored. The Serginho Groisman Program brought together many singers and fans in a recording that took place at Globo Studios in São Paulo. Luisa Sonza will be the first to enter the Rita Lee stage, singing Amor e Sexo. There will be other guests, including Fernanda Abreu, Manu Gavasi, Paola Toller, Paolo Ricciardo, Thiago York, Tom Zee and Zee Mota.
The singer will be represented by her son, Beto Lee, on stage. Will sings with his mom’s old band. After her relegation and retirement from the stage in recent years, Rita Lee has gone on to record the entire program in real time, along with her longtime musical partner, Roberto Di Carvalho, with whom she has been married for 27 years.
