The initiative offers scholarships to Brazilian students and students from 159 countries. The scholarship is for Master’s degree with a duration of one year.
The program covers round-trip airfare, tuition fees and university administration fees. Students receive monthly payments for personal expenses. The initiative covers the cost of issuing a visa to the United Kingdom and financial assistance to set up in the country.
The selection process is carried out in two stages. First, the applicant applies through the program’s website and fills an online form with the courses they wish to take. It submits the required documents, which include degrees, academic records, university acceptance letters and letters of recommendation.
In the second stage, applicants participate in an interview in English at the British Embassy or cities with a British Embassy.
In 2020, 46 Brazilians were awarded scholarships.
