    Monnc bicycles said that they took knowledge on Wednesday (6), from transferring $ 109.4 million to the company's current account. This deposit refers to the process against BR Properties, Wtreprises Real Estate.

    BR Properties participated in the process as a negative pole after combining one properties, which occurred in 2012 according to WTORRE and BTG.

    The lawsuit was filed by Bxycles Monatk in November 2008 and requested that $ 19.2 million regarding the fine for a property withdrawing and selling a property by WTORRE.

    The One Properties Convention Agreement states that the Monarch process is WTRERE, including its behavior, and a follow -up -any losses that suffer from BR properties of this process.

    In November 2019, the second case of the case is recognized by Monarchk to impose contractual fees.

    Indeed, in December 2022, BR Properties stated that it has made the court deposit with $ 98.7 million for Munark bikes.

    Ultimately, the update of the case, by the end of 2024, refused from the Supreme Court (STJ) the special appeal submitted by the BR real estate in the case submitted by the Monor bikes against WTORRE. Thus, STJ supported the decision of the Justice Court in Sao Paulo, which convicted BR real estate, to pay the fine in exchange for unreasonable compliance.
