    Representing Civil House Minister Rui Costa, the Department's Executive Secretary Miriam Belchier welcomed United Kingdom Minister for Energy Security and Decarbonization Ed Miliband and Ambassador Stephanie Al-Khaq at the Palacio today (20).     The Civil House will gather embassies

    According to the Extraordinary Secretary of COP30, the Civil House will hold an extended meeting with embassies in the first week of September to support the gathering of relevant information for the organization. “We would like to have all the information that can contribute to the smooth running of the COP, such as the number of people in the delegation, the type of aircraft they will use to get to Belem”, he expected.
