This year, more than 23 million people are eligible for the benefit. 2020 transfers refer to the base year 2020, that is, only those who officially worked in that year can withdraw funds.
Familiarize yourself with the rules for receiving the allowance:
- Be registered with PIS/Pasep for at least five years;
- Have received an average monthly salary of up to two minimum wage in 2020;
- Worked on an official contract for 30 days, consecutive or not, in 2020; And the
- Get the right information in the annual Social Information Report (RICE).
How do you consult PIS?

- Download the Caixa Trabalhador app;
- Enter the CPF number and password for the gov.br portal;
- In the upper corner of the screen, see details about PIS;
- If necessary, order the service through the application itself.
It is also possible to consult the benefit through the Caixa Tem app and through the bank’s call center, at 158.
In the case of Pasep, verification is available through the phones of the service center of Bank of Brazil: 4004-0001 (capitals and urban areas), 0800729 0001 (other cities) and 0800729 0088 (hearing impaired).
