Democrats in the Texas Representatives room left the state on Sunday in a recent attempt to prevent Republicans from adopting an electoral map that was designed strongly. Their absence should prevent the room from reaching the quorum required to vote this week.
The departure of the Democrats represents a sharp climb in the intense partisan conflict over the province of the state in Texas, which President Donald Trump is asking. Republicans in the state legislative council advanced quickly, as the map – designed to convert five democratic areas of Congress to Republicans – is approved in two committees during the weekend.
Hours after the departure of the Democrats, Governor Greg Abbott responded to a new climb, saying that their departure was equivalent to “abandoning or resignation from an optional position of the state.”

If they do not attend the discussion scheduled for Monday (4) on the maps, Abbott said that he will call a legal opinion from the Texas Prosecutor and will take measures to “remove the absent Democrats from the Texas room.” Certainly, such a procedure is stabbed in justice.
The departure of Texas from Democrats can delay the procedures in the legislative body for several weeks or more, but previous attempts to prevent republican legislation and redesign the boycott in Texas.
Most Democratic lawmakers who participated in the procedure went to Chicago after 5 pm in the US central watches. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker has thought of whether his mandate would respond to the Texas movement, which is redesigning his own electoral map for the benefit of Democrats.

“This is not limited to manipulating the regime in Texas,” said Pritzker about the efforts of the Republicans. “He is manipulating the regime against the rights of all Americans for the coming years.”
There was a lesser group of Democrats in Texas to New York, where they were expected to meet with Governor Cathy Hochol on Monday. It also sought ways to respond to the Republican movement.
