The musician and lead singer of Skank, Samuel Rosa, in the midst of preparing for the band’s farewell show, Sunday (26), in Belo Horizonte, did not leave the plight of a rival fan unnoticed and responded insulted.
In 2014, a report by Alterosa Esporte captured the moment when player Samuel Rosa embraced and other fans chanted “Fred Guerreiro, get back Cruzeiro”.
Four years later, in 2018, Fred returned to defend the Celestial jersey. At that time, he met the musician in a video on Cruzeiro’s YouTube channel and commented on requests for replays.
“Every time I met Samuel, he was very affectionate. I admire him and he treated me with great affection and respect. We were from Cruzeiro. And every time I came to play for Fluminense, he said ‘She’s coming back, there’s that I come back,'” he predicted. It took a while, but Thank God I’m back,” said the player.
Returning to Cruzeiro, Fred played in the 2018 and 2019 seasons and part of the 2020 seasons. Campeonato Mineiro finished 2019 as top scorer with 12 goals, scoring the penalty that secured the title for Celeste’s team.
