Textor said, in an interview with Botafogo’s official website: – I’m so grateful to our partners at Crystal Palace for giving us the opportunity to share a little bit of Brazil with football fans in the UK.
The match takes place at 9:30 am (Brasilia time). Crystal Palace has not yet announced tickets, but will allocate space in the stadium for Botafogo fans.
The Palace fans have been very kind to follow the rebuilding of Botafogo in Brazil and it will be great for our players and staff to get to know them closely. Botafogo’s veteran players will be able to play again against old friends, while our young players will have the chance to show off their skills while training at the Crystal Palace Academy and playing at Selhurst Park.
