Despite taking care of her health, former Czech model Polina Porizkova has sequelae for her participation in reality show Survive “Beyond the Edge”. On her Instagram profile, the 90’s star shared a photo and talked in more detail about the consequences of the program on her body.
“The hot tub is ready. That’s what I’ve been doing for the past week, taking a break and trying to figure out how to fix my hips after venturing into the woods. I haven’t been able to walk properly for several months,” she revealed.
According to the 57-year-old celebrity, reality It brought losses, such as lack of flexibility. However, the star believes that he can restore his physical shape through regular training and self-effort.
After a week of trying to find the culprits, working out and eating healthy, I think I’m back on the right track. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have been able to do this, and I am really very grateful. It will take some physical work on my part to regain flexibility, but now I know what to do.
