It’s almost time for Gamescom 2023! The big event is back at the end of August (23-27), and Xbox has confirmed it will be there — at least in the showroom — when the event takes place in Cologne, Germany.
Xbox’s Aaron Greenberg followed up on today’s news, noting that it will be Special Year for Xbox At Gamescom, promising Sharing more details in the future the next.

Right now, we don’t have any information on whether Xbox will host a live event at Gamescom 2023, but that appears to be the case. We’ve got a pretty comprehensive showing in 2021, though last year’s version was just a simple one-day live stream and didn’t give us much to shout about.
It remains to be seen what “special” plans Xbox has in store for this year, though keep in mind that the event will take place immediately. prior to the release of Starfieldso expect a lot of hype around Bethesda’s new RPG at the event.
