Mark & Spencer has improved its website marketing with a re-launched website.
The retailer has added a number of new features including a new internal website search function to improve department access for customers.
M&S' re-launch coincides with its strategy announcement underlining its commitment to developing an online food retail offering.
Consumers were consulted on the revamp and extensive testing was carried out ahead of the re-launch this week.
New additions include catwalk videos and a carousel of product images that "bring clothes to life".
The retailer has also included a customer review and ratings section in search results to help improve choices.
Dave Hughes, director of M&S Direct, said: "We're very excited about the changes we're launching tomorrow as they will dramatically improve the customer journey from browsing to basket.
"We're certain this will give our customers more confidence when buying with us and attract new shoppers to the site."
