Alex joined Mediarun Group in 2006, spearheading the expansion of the search marketing business in the UK & Europe. Prior to joining Mediarun, Alex spent 4 years at one of Spain’s largest information websites, where he was responsible for architecting the web services and SEO division, driving revenue generation across the portal and delivering profitability.

Alex’s clear vision and direction has provided Mediarun with the trajectory necessary to establish itself, within a short period, as one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the UK. Achieving a 100% year on year growth in 07-08 is testament to Alex’s strong business development and leadership skills. Mediarun continues to go from strength to strength; it has become the preferred partner to some of London’s most successful and innovative advertising and interactive agencies.

Anant Swarup – Operations Director

Anant Swarup – Operations Director

Anant founded Mediarun Search, as the search specialist arm of display ad network Mediarun limited, in 2005. He joined the group after completing his MSc in Business Systems and launched a unique servicing methodology, which focuses on providing performance driven search solutions for clients.

Anant is the driving force behind the creativity and innovation at Mediarun, along with ensuring the delivery of solutions with the highest return on investment for clients. He has personally been involved in developing complex search strategies for many companies including STA Travel, The Macfarlane Group, JackpotJoy, DAMAC Properties and The Mirror.

Caroline Manders

Caroline Manders – Financial Controller

Caroline has been an integral part of the Mediarun team since 2007. Prior to joining Mediarun her background was in the finance teams of London based recruitment consultancies. Caroline’s critical activity is the effective management of the finance side of the business ensuring a stable financial base is maintained while also planning and building for the future.

Caroline is currently training for her CIMA examinations alongside her other day to day duties and ensuring the efficient management of the office.
